We have a large burial of Muslim at my local cemetery, I don't think anyone will attempt to vandalize them. Its actually home to the countries first 3 British Muslims in the Victorian era. One of those men translated the Qu'ran into English;

I saw the thread title and went into this wondering how the fact that they're Muslim had any relevance.

Also might make the minorities feel like this is the general opinion of the British people, meaning they'll be much less inclined to feel like a part of the British society, instead of just being a muslim society living in Britain.

Doesn't most of Muslim population of Britain segregate itself with their own communities and private schools? From what I've read this seems to be one of the barriers of integration.

i honestly hadn't heard of the SNP before since i don't really know a whole lot about Scotland, but they do actually sound pretty decent from the brief amount i've read. although since their policies only really go as far as Scotland, i wouldn't say that they count for the UK at large.
