Okay so I'm 17 and for about 4 or 5 years, I really been wanting a drum set. But I haven't had the money and space, but now I'm soon moving in and the apartment Im moving into has enough space. And since I have a job I've been wanting to know, what's a good set of drums to start on?
ALSO: Since it's an apartment, I'm scared of the noise that they will make, since I might have non to happy neighbors hearing a drummer just starting next to them, so If you could also tell me would an electric drum set be a good start?
If you know sound level would be a big factor, then get electric drums. Acoustic drums are really loud.

Well I just want to learn what a basic drum set would be and how much I would get one for.
I know electric drums are a lot more expensive
