[QUOTE=Wickerman123;30243894]please give opinions :)[/QUOTE] Nothing I haven't seen before, in all honesty. Along with learning artistic concepts, you really need to organize yourself. Frankly, those pictures aren't worth the effort it took to actually view them. I suggest either [url=http://www.flickr.com/]Flickr[/url] or [url=http://500px.com/]500px[/url].
I can't see the Facebook ones, oddly. While Bopie may have a point that they're not very creative, the daylight landscapes are gorgeous to look at, if uninspired. However, there is nothing 'bad' about these pictures - just try experimenting.
I need to sort through my photos and upload some more.. Working on that just now, although some of them arn't serious one, like ones of my friends.. Also one of my main things is Band photos [url]http://www.virtualscotland.co.uk/scotland-music-festivals/WickermanMusicFestival2010/index.htm[/url] ones marked James Kelly are mine It was music festivals that got me into photography, seen as there was so much going on, i was about 10, my dad handed my the camera with a zoom lens, and before i knew it i was zooming in and taking photos of spongebob baloons :') [editline]4th June 2011[/editline] All the photos on the website are old one done with the nikon.. it's only the still life ones done with the cannon... [editline]4th June 2011[/editline] Also, don't be afraid to look through other photos :)
even if you do host em on your own website, just copy the image URL (right-click on iamge) then use [img] tags. Like this: [img]http://www.jameskellyphotographer.co.uk/gallery/var/resizes/Shores/DSC_0307%282%29.jpg?m=1301581723[/img]
100% agree with bopie (we seem to be doing that a lot recently ;) ). Your photos are ok but by no means spectacular. Once you grasp the technical aspects of photography you then have to learn how to use it as an art form. The photos that get featured in art galleries may not be technically perfect, but they were either taken for a reason or the photographer is fucking good at bullshitting. You have to find what reason your photos are being taken for and what ideas you're trying to communicate.
