Ok , so I've been doing a project of an Ak-47 project with some help in CTTDDAT and I thought this deserved a thread to ask for help of what should be fixed , hopefully this will be a medium size thread and won't go on for long.
From Gregah's post that the porportions aren't correct and the right length isn't correct either.So.. I've sized it to the right length and is needing help on what porportions are incorrect.

Really, you ask what should be fixed and don't provide a picture, it's not easy to tell what you need to fix when we don't see the problem.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't... it looked like a one time throw away drawing that he could improve merely by using references and practicing. Oh but it's Weeds... His carer must be worried sick looking for him.

I already have posted an art dump , Weeds Dump.
It was a disgrace to lie to FP that I traced instead of drew myself.
Now , Ill be truthful , not lie and I ill draw myself some crappy picture more often.
I think a moderator (daijitsu? :3:) should move all the content in this post to Weeds dumpyard.
On the AK47 itself : I think it looks much better now, there are still some issues with the proportions and the colours make it look worse than it should.
The iron sight on the barrel should be hollow as you can see in the reference picture, the thing that slants down from the front grip should be shorter, the front grip should be longer and the iron on the gun should be shorter, the magazine is too wide and the thing which you have to press to make the magazine pop out is too big and doesn't look like one at all.
The trigger guard is way too small, the grip is too wide and not angled enough, the stock is not angled enough.

Just remove all the traced pictures and post this stuff in the op.
Sorry to be a dick but do you really need to ask what needs fixing? I suggest you try making a couple quick uncolored versions focusing on proportions, then try nailing down the features and so forth. It looks like you spent more time typing up this thread than you did on the image.

You've been given so much criticism about this. If you would've just fixed those things you wouldn't need to make a thread.
I just don't see why you people get so mad over a drawing...and if a person made a thread or not , just don't post on the thread if your mad about it.
