Mörrums-ån is basically a huge fishing spot in the south of Sweden, and it looks incredibly beautiful this time of the year. Looks even better when the trees are covered with snow. Might take some pics and show you when that happens. Digital watermelons, you should seriously resize those.
Enlarge or shrink? [editline]06:51PM[/editline] By the way, was that a positive or negative response to my images? =/
You should shrink them for posting on the forum to 1000 px on its longest size, but keep the large sizes incase you ever want to print them.
That's... kinda why I tagged them... I see no reason to resize them then. And I dunno if it's because I have a netbook, but the pictures are pwetty small for me.
--------------The point Your head The point of resizing them is so they don't take 20 years to load for people with slower connections like myself.
Well, sucks to be you, honestly. I'm in a basement with thick-ass walls of solid concrete, with the wireless router being on the floor above me, four rooms away, and I have no problems browsing.
I'm sure it might be beautiful but I can't see past the underexposure and lens flare. I would suggest that next time you take pictures you don't shoot into the sun.
I would also strongly advise you read your camera manual and just get to know it better. Read tutorials and instructions, and strive to better yourself. Because as it stands now, those pictures are pretty...well...atrocious. Also you don't have to be an douche to Perf, he's only trying to help.
Yeah, learn your camera settings and use Aperture Priority mode to get exposure's correct. This doesnt always make the image how you want it to look. But it's a start;
ersonally, my monitor is 1680x1050. I can't view the whole image, which takes away from it immensely. It's not only a matter of slow connections, but a matter of making sure the viewer can see your piece properly. And if he doesn't listen he's being thick. Also I agree with The Golden in that they are really, really bad. Learn your camera.
He's not helping because he doesn't listen. Personally, my monitor is 1680x1050. I can't view the whole image, which takes away from it immensely. It's not only a matter of slow connections, but a matter of making sure the viewer can see your piece properly. And if he doesn't listen he's being thick.
I think you read his post wrong.
I think you read his post wrong.
O. Oops. My point stands, but I'll edit. [editline]07:22PM[/editline] There
I'll be honest. I mostly have cons, but i'll list off my personal pros and cons. Cons: lens flare in each picture. First picture is very noisy likely due to darkness mixed with too high an ISO A little out of focus in each picture (just a little) Pros: Colors are decent Nice environment to capture pictures
Yeah. If the pictures were taken right you could of had a really really nice picture going on.
Sweden is such a beautiful country, when did they enable bloom and turn the gamma down?
Haha, oh Ezerith, the only furry I actually respect. Wouldn't call the pictures art. It looks more like you were taking pictures of the sun than anything else.
Yay :3 Also, who the pics were taken with a cellphone with about 2000x3000 resolution :3
