The description of the video states this happens shortly after the MoP cinematic.
Personally, I think it is part of a scrapped Hearthstone intro.
I doubt it's Hearthstone related since it involved the orc and human who were fighting in the MoP intro.

Yes. The "Bear in a hat" refers to the Pandaren they fought in the MoP trailer.
