He replaced Boris Johnson, who stood down after becoming the new mayor of London.
Mr Howell said he had reported the video to Thames Valley Police Chief Constable Sara Thornton.
A police spokesman said: "The chief constable is on leave. We will check whether she has received a complaint when she returns."

They only refer to Howel at 1:43 and afterwards here and there, video focuses on Will Hamilton ranting about polling numbers and such.

I agree, In fact all reference to the Second World War should be removed. Saving Private Ryan may offend some of the veterans. Let's also remove the second world war from history books as it could offend people.
