So i'm looking to get a car, and I saw this one online. Yet I've heard that 89k miles is too much. Yet the price is only 22k and I could probably get it down to 20-21 maybe even less. So i was wondering if that was just too much miles for the car?
Depends on care of car. I'd be more open to a car with 89k miles that has service records of constant oil changes and etc then 89k miles of no service records and the dip stick is dryer then the sahara.

Best of luck champ. The Q5's IMO are the better of the choice because the Q7 is a just fucking hog. (So I've herd)
But If I were going to get a SUV I would get the vw touareg with the v10, the noises they make are just simply awesome.
This is a rule told by a car dealer friend:
For every year since it's made, It's 15k Miles.
So 2010. Almost 4 years. 60-65k.
Now the car you want has 90k so as long as the maintenance record looks good as mentioned above, it might be alright.
I don't know shit bout cars. Just tryna help a guy out yknow
It depends on the kind of driving that it has done. My car was only 12 years old when I got it and had something like 285,000kms on it - and having a Mitsubishi engine you'd think twice about buying it with so many ks haha. But the reason for that was the previous owner had to drive a long distance to and from work; something like 100kms, 5 days a week. So it's done the ks but all that driving was consistent and at a low RPM (it has an extreme overdrive 4th gear ratio of something like 0.65:1, so at 100kph it only does 2,000RPM).
Long story short, ks don't necessarily tell you the wear and tear on the engine - instead, inquire on why it's done so many ks. Was it driven up and down the highway 5 days a week for work? If so, it shouldn't be a problem, especially if it's had a good service history.
90k or 190k, if a car is maintained, the engine will not be what goes out. I have a 1990 volvo wagon with 220k, a 1996 bmw 318ti with 205k, and a 2004 ford excursion with 235k. I bought all 3 with under 20k miles and 1-2 years old and still own and drive them today. I also just turned 40k on my motorcycle that I've had since it was new. Treat your vehicles right and they'll last forever.
If it's been cared for then it's not an issue. That being said, for that price you could probably find one iwth lower miles. But I'd be looking more at features than miles.
We have a 2009 Q5 with 56k on the clock.
I wouldn't even consider buying one with almost 90k on it.
Carmax gave me a 21k trade-in price on ours, and its a Prestige.
No way the 2010 with 90k on it is worth the same amount of money.

22K is too much for its mileage, get a VW Touareg, its the same damn thing but cheaper...

I would have totally jumped on the v10 model if it was AWD.
