Lady Gaga suffered a concussion after being struck in the head by a pole while performing in New Zealand.
The singer was playing her final of three sold-out shows in Auckland when a male backup performer, who was trying to remove the stage prop, accidentally hit her in the head while she was bending over during the song Judas.
Is she lip syncing?
Sure as hell seemed like it. I woulda been like "WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT!"
Lol lip syncing
In her dazed state she began blurting strange noises, later identified to be her songs.
She must be a robot. Hit in the head and keeps singing as if nothing happened :v:
They forgot the part about how I am supposed to care and why this is news.

who cares if she's lip-syncing. people go to mega-popstar concerts to see a performance

and the performer
Most musicians have enough talent to sound good live as they do studio, she's obviously an exception.
I bet she fakes her piano playing too.
So you're telling me that a popstar, who has a tiring travel schedule, who uses electronically produced music with no real band playing, you're telling me that she's lip syncing?

Well yeah a music performance. I can't speak for your average Gaga fan but if I paid for a concert and didn't actually get live music I'd be pretty pissed.
that looked really painful

lmao dude if she's actually lip syncing in this video then it's the exception not the rule. she pretty much always performs without lip syncing

and that's why you aren't a performer

believe me you're not the average consumer of mass media. most people want to be entertained when they go to concerts. whether or not a performer is singing live is a nonissue

Most people do not want lip syncing when they go to watch their favorite band/artist.
I remember when bands and singers actually played their instruments and sang, and miming was the extreme minority... I'm looking at you, Monkees. It's one of the reasons I like Muse. If they're told to mime their performance for a TV spot, they just take the piss because they hate it

I'm pretty certain it is when the only talent she has beside prancing around on stage in costume is singing.

she's an entertainer first and an artist second
I thought she never lip sync'd?

unless you're paying for her music or tickets to see her shows i dont think you can feel a sense of entitlement to the way she performs lol

Most musicians probably wouldn't sound as good live as they do studio if they had to run around and do some crazy show like most pop stars do.

Muse was once forced to lip-sync one of their songs for a performance, so they just switched who played what for laughs (guitarist/vocals played the drums, bassist played the guitar and keyboard, drummer played the bass and vocals) while making awkward faces throughout, and well, this is how it turned out.

It's especially hilarious because Matt Bellamy didn't even hit the drums at 3:14.

Reminds me of a video of Dimebag Darrell playing a broken guitar during a video shoot for one of Pantera's songs.

It's so much better if they can actually sing well.

They've got a great sense of humor, that was hilarious.

I like Muse.
woohoo new zealand!!!
wow she got a concussion! SO FUNNY! She's a popular singer so that makes her getting a concussion funny!

you must not remember much because miming was the absolute standard on TV and some shows decades ago.
probably because it used to be pretty disastrous:
