I really hope I'm not the only one weirded out by the concept of teasers for trailers
I'm skeptical about this. Season 1 felt like a complete story with a good wrap up, I hope this won't feel like a forced continuation as a result of its popularity. I'm ready to be positively surprised though.

I've had this iffy feeling that the second season would be very eh, knowing they're pushing it out asap due to popularity.
I'm really interested in what they want to do for the further seasons. As far as I can recall, they wanted 4 seasons with the Hawkin's group, which is really interesting because it was originally supposed to be an anthology series. I'm guessing that the rest of the series will feel like one bigger connected series.

I'm gonna remain pretty positive these guys can pull it off and this won't be a forced continuation, if i remember correctly they actually said they have a plan in store for the next few seasons and this season will be planting the seeds for those upcoming seasons.

[sp]We don't know what went on with Hopper after he got picked up by those agents outside the hospital. Then there was Will coughing up slugs or some shit after they rescued him from the Upside Down.[/sp]
Their advertising team really knows what they're doing
It is Friday the 13th tomorrow isn't it? I didn't notice that. Good thing I'm not a camper.

Maybe after the success of the first season they've got a better budget to clean up around the edges like with the effects and stuff though.

I'm almost positive that the Thessalhydra was supposed to be the tie in if they ever had more monsters in the future, but at some point changed their minds and went with something a little... more grand.

[sp]Will is found and brought back home, Eleven gets something that makes what she endured growing up worth it, the defacto big-bad was defeated.[/sp] But at the end each leaves reasonable complications fitting the style of the story. [sp]Will is back, but he has been changed by his time in the upside-down, and its part of him in some way now. Eleven is gone, but where to is unknown and as Hopper's actions show, he may still believe she is out there. Dr. Brenner and his team are gone, but the portal to the upside- down is still there and there will of course be an organization vacuum with people stepping in to pick up his work.[/sp] So while the story Season 1 told has been resolved, the world is continuing and has consequences for all the actions of Season 1.

There's still enough for more of a story. It didn't fee like they're just making stuff up out of nowhere.

The arc has been completed but the ending clearly alludes that there is still more to tell.
I really hope I'm not the only one weirded out by the concept of teasers for trailers
It's kind of like the ultimate victory for a capitalistic system, right? Get to the point where your audience is eagerly eating up the chance to get advertised to? What a weird time we live in.
I didn't watch the teaser for this teaser trailers teaser trailer for the Trailer. now I'm lost.
