it's for the dragonball z abridged series, he's showing the edits he makes to each episode

No there a bunch of dudes parodying the DragonBall Z shows and movies. Just normal guys. So its pretty impressive that he can edit all that stuff.

They can't say that it was the VA for Claptrap, only that he has the same first and last name as the VA for Claptrap. So you can come to your own conclusions.
