Hi there!
I have a slight problem, nothing too serious but would need some help to get out of it. I wanted to create a signature for an RPG forum that shows my character's and his crew's stats, but I am stuck with making the picture transparent. My current program cannot do it, and I don't have PS on, so I would like to have some tips for a program that will help me out (but since I have only a limited 3G net it would need to be a small download).
Or maybe if someone is bored and could help me out here they would have my thanks.

use paint.net im pretty sure it can do transparency
