Teen Arrested For Murdering Brothers in My City

This is pretty shocking, to say the least. I've been living here for 4 1/2 years, and I've never heard of any violent crimes. There's a pic of the house in one of the articles I read; if it's where I think it is, then this literally happened a block or two away from my house.
