this game looks beautiful. Glad to see the split screen hero stuff
hero gameplay looks muuch better
That doesn't really count as gameplay imho. [editline]6th November 2015[/editline] It's fucking beautiful though

This is actually looking a lot better than I thought, it even feels way more Star Wars-y in this trailer.
That doesn't really count as gameplay imho. [editline]6th November 2015[/editline] It's fucking beautiful though
this is not gameplay? what do you classify it as then lmao?
I wish there was a Source Filmmaker version of DICE's engine.
Darth Vader sounds so bad but I like everything else
This is actually looking a lot better than I thought, it even feels way more Star Wars-y in this trailer.
Too bad the gameplay is still ass
What? Why not? It showcased all heroes and a bunch of new levels, how is this not gameplay?

this is not gameplay? what do you classify it as then lmao?
Well it is gameplay, but it's scripted. That looks like playing with 3-5 year old newbs. Or the elderly who can barely operate a computer. Or a bunch of devs who want to make an easy-going and appealing "gameplay" trailer, to give you da goosebumps, but not representing real gameplay where everyone is doing everything in their power to score frags off of you. [editline]6th November 2015[/editline] Fuck it, I say that's outright misleading the consumer. Unless they clearly say with fine print that "MAY NOT REFLECT THE ACTUAL ONLINE EXPERIENCE" or smth.
the pop-in on that camera pan at 6:18 onwards wasn't great but for how good it looks that's expected
The dark sith is the only hero that i think doesn't really fit or belong in the game. I mean they've made him play and look cool and everything, but it just seems lack luster to me.
If there's one thing DICE is good at its the graphics, this game looks fucking amazing at times.
the pop-in on that camera pan at 6:18 onwards wasn't great but for how good it looks that's expected
I think it's because all this footage was pulled from the battlefront interactive webpage thing that went up the other day. Man, I canceled my pre-order after playing the alpha and beta, but this is making me want to get it anyways.
Still gonna wait a couple of weeks, maybe months, before getting this. Too expensive for me, and still doesn't quite seem worth it. Oh, and also Fallout 4 soon.
Maybe they'll actually change/fix some things from the beta?
That cockpit view in the TIE fighter. mmmmmm
That bike scene in the jungle, holy shit
Han looks insanely fun to play as.
I know it's nitpicky but all the rebels intentionally playing shitty drives me nuts
My only complaint from that is, the voice actors for the hero's, aside from Luke and Leia, suck a bag of dicks. The Vader is really bad, I thought Han Solo was terrible, and I didn't much care for Palpatine after the initial clip they took from the prequels.
and I didn't much care for Palpatine after the initial clip they took from the prequels.
That was newly recorded. Palpatine is voice by Sam Witwer, who played him in Force Unleashed and Star Wars Rebels. The scream he made while jumping was probably taken from the prequels though, or at least what ever sound bank it came from if it is a stock sound of some sort.

While i completely agree the game play will never be like that, it is still 'possible' so they won't change.
Did han solo give that stormtrooper at 4:15 shoulder bump and the stormtrooper died from that? :v:
I want a cloud city. Wheres cloud city dice. WHERES CLOUD CITY? WHERE IS IT?
The only good thing that come from the prequels was the Clone Wars. It would be amazing one day to see Clones & battle Droids on this engine.
The dark sith
wait, who? aren't all sith lords pretty dark?
Galactic Conquest is going to be what it takes to make me buy this I think. ...nah, it's fun enough as its own new thing. I just really wanted galactic conquest :(
I want a cloud city. Wheres cloud city dice. WHERES CLOUD CITY? WHERE IS IT?
EA/DICE know with the Star Wars movie coming out that now is the perfect opportunity to get every last cent from consumers. With 5 planned DLC packs and no details on a "premium" version, I expect a lot of people to pay 60 for the base game, and then another 75 for all the DLC (14.99 per DLC pack). What you end up with is a 135 dollar, no campaign (conquest), multiplayer only with no server browser, 40 player max star wars shooter. Nothing about that combination appeals to me as either a consumer or a gamer, or even as a fan of Battlefront. Plus, it sounds like the guys in the sound dept. just got together to see who sounded most like Vader and went with whoever was "best". Not to mention I only saw speeder bikes in a huge wide open track, only to have the video cut away right as it get onto a small and narrow side path. All of the scenes appear incredibly scripted, and to me, don't represent what an online match would actually be like. I'll wait until all the DLC is released to even consider picking this up.
