LaBeouf left after 10 minutes, quoting footballer Eric Cantona's famous 1995 line: "When the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea." He later appeared on the red carpet wearing a paper bag on his head. Written on it were the words: "I am not famous any more." LaBeouf had walked out of the news conference after being asked about the film's explicit sex scenes.
Source: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-26109348
He's gonna cut himself on that edge.
Sounds like he has spent too much time with Lars von Trier.
the fuck is wrong with this guy?
fuck off chiapet no one cares.
He's gonna cut himself on that edge.
Yeah, that bag is gonna give him paper cuts
I think someone forgot to take their medication! [SP]Seriously though, what's going on with him?[/SP]
"Ugh! Famous people reacting in weird ways!! What the fuck is their problem??????!!!!!!!" bring on the unnecessary hate for Shia LeBouf.
I don't understand he was offended by sex scenes in some movie?
I don't understand the fascination of following a celebrity and making fun of their idiosyncrasies. They are people too. They aren't special or any more talented than anyone else. They just happen to either know the right people, or possess some other characteristic that made them famous, and then it's everyone's business to know their business. I don't get it. Shia, Justin, Kim, Miley, etc, etc. They act weird, but you wouldn't care if they weren't catapulted into some fabricated dream world in which they actually matter, and their views on things are supposedly more important than everyone else's. Leave the poor motherfuckers alone and let them do their thing. If you don't like how well they do their jobs, whoopty fucking doo. Shut up about it. It's not like they come by your house and insult you for "not taking medication" or your "edginess."
Being a celebrity is being asked the same thing a thousand times each day then having to have a press conference when things get annoying for you and you have a reaction.

Talk about mental degradation. He could have glossed over all of his recent controversies and kept some dignity, but instead we get this?
I don't understand he was offended by sex scenes in some movie?
They were probably asking questions like "How was it do be naked with another naked person on film, Shia?". He's in the movie Nymphomaniac and its about a woman dying or something thinking about all the kinky sex she's had and Shia's in it having kinky sex. Are you mocking him cause its weird to do that? So what if its weird? Some people find that it isn't easy to communicate directly and vocally, some find other ways to do it. It's only expression and this just seems the only way he could possibly convey something to people when communication has consistently failed in the past. I'm sure you'd eventually wear a paper bag on your head when all else forms of conveyance with a body of gossiping, criticizing and misunderstanding geese with flashing lights and cameras fail. You deserve nothing.

Showing up on a film event wearing a suit but going "DON'T LOOK AT ME, DON'T LOOK AT ME, WHY ARE YOU INTERESTED INTO ME" it just sounds like an exact opposite - a pretentious attention grab
I don't understand he was offended by sex scenes in some movie?
Shia is going buttmad because people found out that he plagiarized some comic for a short film he did and instead of fessing up to it he threw a huge shitfit, people and even other celebs called him out on twitter and now he's just spiraling through one big whiteboy hissy fit
guess the cannibalism is getting to him

I'd be pissed too if I couldn't enjoy myself because every cunt that comes up to you is asking you the same questions over and over.
I wonder if this is some sort of weird art experiment.
I wonder if this is some sort of weird art experiment.
More like he's sick of every moment in public being turned into work by journalists.

Quit trying to hate on people for the sake of it. You're spreading complete misinformation.
Anyone who wears a paper bag on their head saying 'i'm not famous anymore' has no right to complain about getting mocked.
I think it's a pretty cool move.

I said he could be frustrated trying to talk into a blasting speaker of shit sounds as if it were a microphone. Why bother using words if no one is interested or listening?

THIS is the leboof that I was after, a true artist.
"When the seagulls follow the trawler, it is because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea."
why does he keep quoting famous people? is this some sort of long-term art project? is this a metaphor for something?
why does he keep quoting famous people? is this some sort of long-term art project? is this a metaphor for something?
The "humans quoting things that are impacting and profound" art project that has been going since the beginning of recorded history, yes this is that.
i mean he even drinks the water at the exact same time i can't work out if he thinks he's being obscure, deep, funny, or all three... but it's not any of them. it's coming off as really irritatingly pretentious can't he just be like all the other kids in freaks and geeks and just get on with hise life and be a normal person instead of a massive wannabe art-house dickhead
The "humans quoting things that are impacting and profound" art project that has been going since the beginning of recorded history, yes this is that.
but he's not quoting anything profound or impacting i mean it's pretty widely accepted that cantona said what he said just to take the piss out of the journalists and it doesn't mean anything outside of "you guys follow me around because you think i'm going to give you something to write about" and that's what he did

Would it be any different if he literally just said "you guys follow me around because you think i'm going to give you something to write about"? Would it be a problem with you then?
