Not gonna lie, I really like the idea of being drunk in a Mass Effect game unlocking different dialogue options, but then when you go to click one, instead of just doing the one you clicked, it instead spins the selector around like a roulette wheel and just picks a random option.
I think that'd be utterly hilarious.

Reminds me of the story a roommate of mine gave as to his decision to never drink again.
Long story short, he was out camping with a bunch of people he didn't know, got black-out drunk, lost 4 hours, woke up in a tent that wasn't his own, and when he walked outside everyone started cheering his name. But no one would tell him why.
To this day, he still doesn't know what happened in those 4 hours.
How about that skyrim quest where you get plastered and go on a drunken bender that you can't remember, and you have to spend the rest of the quest trying to undo all the wacky shit you did last night
