Apparently the top prosecutor for sexual assault groped a female Army lawyer... "and tried to kiss her at a sexual-assault legal conference more than two years ago."

Somehow I always doubt claims like this, especially alleged "assaults". The fact that he's the top prosecutor, if he'd do something like this, I'd imagine he'd do it anywhere but at a conference about the subject matter.

Or maybe he's just dumb, but he is a lawyer, and a prosecutor at that.

Education and experience don't factor into being stupid as much as you'd think they would, unfortunately. Not saying that there is concrete evidence yet but I don't want to excuse him simply for being the 'head' or having experience.
