Some of those are explainable. One of the California ones just looked like a meteor breaking up. The floating lights aren't that impressive and could be almost anything.

The Norway one is still amazing, and almost all the Russian ones are creepy.

How do you know that they haven't visited Earth? If they're intelligent enough they would be able to come and go as they please; unnoticed.

Why would they come and go unnoticed? They would have had to travel huge distances to us, a solar system based around an average star. There appears be nothing special about our solar system(from their point of view), nothing to warrant a visit. There are billions of galaxies, with billions of solar systems, what makes ours special?
