Of course every consumer would be happy but I can't imagine AMD being very happy about that.
Just imagine where Intel would be today if they followed that advice a few generations back.
It is probably safe to say that Intel did not just come up with that i9 series.
I wonder if Ryzen would have had a chance at this point if they followed that.
Or do you think AMD could have done something even better if Intel was just putting the bar higher and higher?
