Protester Caroline Estes says that's the mentality they're trying to change.
"Breasts are not sexual objects. They're just a part of everyday life. We all have them," said Estes. "It's no big deal to go topless here in Austin. It's legal in Austin. We can do it anytime but we think it should be legal everywhere." [/quote]
