Hey, I am just working out and well as I am in computer college course, I kind of lack action in my life and violence. So I really want to start doing something like boxing, but the problem is:
I think I am not like ready, I mean unfit and shit like that, in general I am big and wide built type (a.k.a = tank ) :S
I am thinking of starting running soon so I can increase my stamina like, what else should I do? Or should I even bother? is there even any chance I can get there?
My height is 178 cm, my weight is around 80-85 kg.
read sticky, swole
Just go join a proper boxing gym.
Boxing isn't about violence, nor about releasing your rage. It's a sport denoted by technique and hard, determined training. If you want to show the world your emotions, go cut yourself. If you want a hobby (so to say) that demands respect; either get in to a boxing gym or get in to a blacksmithing class.
Running and lifting never hurt when preparing to do start something in the nature of boxing, but along with those two things, just finding a boxing gym will give you everything you need to get started.
Anything is possible. You must think "I can".
A boxing gym will give you what you need, you just need to use it.

Join a proper boxing gym or you can even work it at home if you have a Punching bag.
For christmas, I got a speed bag and a boxing bag and it did wonder to my stamina and weight loss, I was also terribly unfit.
I had lost weight prior, but ever since I started punching the bag, I've just lost weight even faster, I went from 265 pounds to 220 in few months less than a year and I can tell you that my stamina has improved alot from just punching the bag.
So of course it is possible, I'm 180 cm and went from 120 kg to 99 and I'm not intending to stop, boxing is a very very good work out and I generally like it better than running since I feel like I'm doing something and it takes my mind off the actual working out part.
It's also a very good way to let out your stress a bit.
I wish I could be a better inside fighter,I'm 5'5 at the moment but I hope I could grow to 5'7 soon.
