My new neighbor (mentioned in a previous thread) moved in a while ago. The she is a terrible parent that bribes her twins (about 9ish, I dunno) with McDonalds every time they're bad.

Well today there was a thunder storm, and she was standing on her deck screaming " Oh my Fucking looooorrrrrd, it's so LOuuD!!" about 9 times, like she was drugged. Then between the thunder, I could hear "Honey come back inside." all calm and shit. Then I could hear a blond, cougar-type, fucked up laugh.

So what the fuck is wrong with them?
