Attempting to rouse his party who have suffered the setback of a number of defections to Ukip, the PM's auto cue read that the poor children who grew up on housing estates are the people the Conservative party represents. Unfortunately for Mr Cameron, he told the Conservative Party Conference that he resented them, instead.
Finally he shows he true colours!
Probably his subconscious slipping to the surface. His actions so far corroborate it.
Should have cut off the video on the "for" at the end so it said "these are the people we resent, these are the people we are fighting"
rip cameron
What kind of people pick up on slips of the tongue like this?
Finally he shows he true colours!
Yeah, colours hidden behind cling film. This is completely unsurprising.
What kind of people pick up on slips of the tongue like this?
Hard to miss really - especially when a lot of people think the Tories hate the poor.
What kind of people pick up on slips of the tongue like this?
I'm sure you could find a pattern if you looked hard enough. Restrict it to "what kind of people kind tongue slips in tory speeches which suggest tories don't like the poor and single mothers" then you will probably be finding people who don't like tories. Likewise if you restrict it to "what kind of people try to dismiss this kind of tongue slip when its done by tories" and you will likely find someone who supports tories in every thread they can.
Hard to miss really - especially when a lot of people think the Tories hate the poor.
I missed it when I was watching his speech, I know what he meant. Anyway it's completely silly to think that Tories hate any part of the electorate considering that they're relying on their support to get elected.
More like Cameron appealing to hardline Tories.
I could imagine a movie based on the title
What kind of people pick up on slips of the tongue like this?
I noticed it live and had a good laugh
He's just following the Royal Family guideline:
