This bill is for America, but the NSA was confirmed to be listening in on phonecalls of not only its own country but its allies as well.
Unfortunately, the amendment failed by 12 votes.

The congress is the reason America is barely even a democracy. I'd rather have a family living in a big-ass tax money-eating house to decide everything than having a president.
