Now I'm hyped! This will beat RCTW's ass to death. The way you can add scenery at any angle and continue from that on a grid is exactly what I wanted years ago. Together with the other features like voxel terrain it will be my most favorite game for sure.
Cities skylines destroyed classic franchise simcity. No doubt this will destroy another classic franchise.

looks superb, so happy to see a resurgence in this genre. vr integration is gonna enhance this game incredibly as well
The way that you can make coasters go through tunnels (not the blocky ones like in RCT3) is just incredible. There is going to be full custom content support with its own modding tools so people can make their own scenery and rides so this is a modders heaven as well. And i noticed he is wearing a Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker shirt :v:
Cities skylines destroyed classic franchise simcity. No doubt this will destroy another classic franchise.
Skylines is only better than SimCity 2013. Simcity 3000 and Simcity 4 make skylines look like a babys toy. I dont think anyones gonna beat SC4 anytime soon, especially with its mod scene.
This is looking more and more like the theme park simulation sub-genre equivalent to Cities Skylines by the day. I hope we will be able to mod more assets in when it releases so we can just amplify the uniqueness of our parks.
The hype train is starting its engines...
pretty sure its getting steam workshop support and stuff?
When looking on the forum, there is a bit of a struggle to either public mods to Workshop or their own launcher. Personally i'm more of a Workshop voter since i like to have everything in one place.

Perhaps it's not as technical or precise as the pre-reboot Simcity games, but it tried to take the genre in a new direction and actually succeeded, unlike EA's attempt.
I completely went blind into this and pre-ordered it a while ago, but this demo completely blew my mind. I loved scene building RCT2 especially when you added extra scenery mods, but the scene building in this game is just mind blowing. My biggest question though is how much can we fuck around with the park guests?
