Several residents of Mosul recounted the grisly story for stateside relatives, describing the deadly reception black clad jihadists got when they made it to Mosul, some 250 miles north of the city retaken by Iraqi forces operating with cover from U.S. air power.
This is a good thing. It might destabilize morality among fighters and thous you get less people wanting to join.
desperate measures meant to keep the rest from disobeying probably going to have the opposite effect though
Good. Let these savages kill each other and save us the effort
Go ISIS?
This is beautiful. The rabid dogs turn on each other in their desperation.
This is a good opportunity to push ISIS members to defect. "You can stay and fight and if we don't kill you your brothers will. But if you turn against them you may just escape with your life."
You die either way. Stay and get KIA, or defect and get killed by ISIS.
Defecting doesn't have 100% death risk though. Just don't get caught.
You die either way. Stay and get KIA, or defect and get killed by ISIS.
What about stay and get captured? That's an option.
This is a good thing. It might destabilize morality among fighters and thous you get less people wanting to join.
Destabalize morality? I think the morals of ISIS fighters are at rock bottom already, otherwise they wouldn't be fighting for ISIS.
th...thanks?
Good. Let these savages kill each other and save us the effort
The only reason this is happening is BECAUSE we are pushing back. I mean it is literally in the title "letting Ramadi fall".
Jolly good show!
What about stay and get captured? That's an option.
I'm not sure what's more astonishing, the fact that we've hit that historical point where being taken as a POW is the least deadly option when they lose a fight, OR that these men are probably JUST THAT RADICAL that they're going to go full viking on the idea of dying in battle, even in a fight they know they've already lost
Something smells fishy when the most only news source reporting on this is Fox News. All the other news sites point back to Fox.

They have nothing to hold them. If they acquired nuclear weapons, MAD wouldn't stop them.
Destabalize morality? If that doesn't shock morality among the troops, I dont know what will.
Destabalize morality? I think the morals of ISIS fighters are at rock bottom already, otherwise they wouldn't be fighting for ISIS.
I think he meant Morale
Something smells fishy when the most only news source reporting on this is Fox News. All the other news sites point back to Fox.
You act like I'm quoting Alex Jones or something. Fox isn't fake news.
But what if this spurs them on harder? Assuming they genuinely believe that Abu Bakr is really the caliphate
OR that these men are probably JUST THAT RADICAL that they're going to go full viking on the idea of dying in battle, even in a fight they know they've already lost
Dying in battle as an honorable thing is an aspect in many cultures throughout history, including Islamic ones who look on them as martyrs for god. I don't know why this surprises some, it's not as if suicide bombers haven't been a thing for over a decade
They literally can't stop being cartoonishly villanous. Brilliant.
Why is the OP source an entertainment channel?
Because the OP has a dakimakura of Rush Limbaugh
That's some fucking Saddam Hussein bullshit right there
Don't you just love it when the enemy team starts teamkilling each other?
Do we have a non Fox News source?
Do we have a non Fox News source?
Do you know how to use google?

Returning to base to fight another day seems rational even for zealots yet here we are with leadership lighting them on fire for not just falling on opposition bayonets when they realized they couldn't win
