An attorney representing the mother of the child at the center of the case against Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is calling on the media and the public to remove photos that circulated online of the boy's injuries.
Kelly C. Dohm of the Minnesota-based firm Melchert Hubert Sjodin said her unnamed client "wishes to express her extreme outrage at the invasion of their privacy that has occurred through the publication of highly confidential and private data obtained regarding them by the press without their permission or consent."
Unnamed client my fucking ass. Have the balls to put your name out there if you're going to say something incredibly stupid.
If its evidence being used in the courtroom then it makes sense.

Yeah, but if it were being used in a court room, why would it have been circulating to begin with? It's photos of a child yes? I thought there were laws preventing this from happening in the first place? If the photo came from the public domain to the court room, does it matter if it stays viral or not?
I'm assuming its because of the fact its still a legal case. http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/vikings/2014/09/16/adrian-peterson-son-minnesota-vikings/15748127/

Reminds me of the Nikki Catsouras case. It's necessary to gather evidence but you can't allow people with privileged access to leak material out like that. No good will come of it. Photos will be used and presented as part of the due process of law if needed, so there's no public interest being served here.
