So, I recently tried some Indian food at a local Restuauarant, and it is fucking awesome. Honestly, all of you should try em. I had Tandoori Chicken, and the taste is fucking amazing. Oh and, the curries are all awesome too!

Curry is the majesty of Indian Cuisine.

No other food has yet to triumph my taste buds like this delicacy has.
Ahh my absolute favorite cuisine (except maybe Lebanese/Middle Eastern). Nothing beats a good spicy curry.
I am a massive fan of indian food. so many curries to choose from, there's nearly always something for everyone! onion bhajis are AMAZING. pakoras, samosas and all that jazz, also amazing.
my favourite dishes are probably;
chicken tikka biryani - rice and tikka chicken, served with a mild/medium vegetable curry. simple, but i've always loved it. except for when they put sultanas in it, yuck!

onion bhajis - these things are so delicious! it's basically just sliced onion, dipped in flour + spices, and deep fried. you can eat them just as they are but i like a little raita (yoghurty sauce) to counter the spices.

pakoras + samosas - little bundles of tasty joy

and poppadoms, everyone's favourite massive crisp. i like mine with chopped onion and raita! although mango and lime chutney seems to be very popular also!

this is raita, it's a yoghurt based sauce, normally with mint/cucumber. takes the edge off those spices if it's all getting a bit too hot for you!

Lamb Madras is my prime choice of curry, mainly because its at the perfect hotness level and isn't too sweet like lots of other curries.

I'm salivating over that picture now.
I feel like Indian food is underrated, it's amazing, but a lot people I've met always say Indian food is just diarrhea inducing curry.

Think it is a much bigger thing over here in the UK, normally have a curry at least once a week.

This is making me insanely hungry for a curry now :(
Guys, do you prefer Naan or Chapati?
I hardly know what I am eating when I eat Indian food. It is all so flavorful.
Guys, do you prefer Naan or Chapati?
Both, at the same time!
Naan's good, don't know what Chapati is. I usually get potato stuffed naan.
Chapati it is like a pancake made from brown flour, quite tough but damned good with a curry.

Naan dipped in curry, its sex.

have a truly epic restaurant in town but no matter how many times i say "VERY SPICY" they make it too mild for me because I'm white which is kind of ironic (prejudice).
I can handle tons and tons of chilis, just make it damn spicy ffs!
Rogan Josh
I'll eat practically any curry, as long as it's not too hot. Bhuna's and Honey Chicken are my favourites though.
I never get the point of hot curries over here. They are just done to be hot and the taste is ignored, real Indian curries can be hot but have an amazing taste at the same time.
I always loved indian kitchen! :3:

Oh, and those who love Gordon Ramsay and indian food, should go check out Gordon's Great Escape. Full movie out on youtube.
If you want to make delicious Indian rice at home, take Jasmine rice and throw in a couple cardamom pods, some turmeric (or curry powder) and ghee in the rice cooker.
NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM.
My mothers anglo-indian so she makes curry almost all the time. Also, PORK VINDALOO!

It's so nice its unreal.
I love a creamy chicken tikka masala. Oh man, now I want one. I think I'll order one in tomorrow.
A lamb vindaloo, onion bhaji, Keema Naan (meat infused with bread. What's not to love) and Raita.
I could live off of Raita. Just give me a spoon and I'm good.
roti errydday.
