Turkey 'finds sarin gas in homes of suspected Syrian Islamists'

Following the searches, five of those detained were released following medical examinations at the Forensic Medicine Institution Adana. Seven suspects remain in custody. Turkish authorities are yet to comment on the arrests. The fact that they found a canister of Sarin nerve gas in the possession of a member of a group tied with Al-Qaeda scares the ever living fuck out of me. I thought they had shit like that locked down really fucking tight.

But I think the EU lifted the embargo a couple days ago. Which is insane. Both sides think they're fighting the bad guy. So they're both getting weapons handed to them. They have their eyes set on the S-300 contract being fulfilled, and that MiG-29 purchase.

It is in the interests of Russia that Assad wins.
