How big of a fucking pathetic coward do you have to be to poison another human being? I do not get why people this stupid exist.

KGB or Mossad?
KGB or Mossad?
What would Russia have gained from killing him? Not trying to stir up shit, just genuinely curious
Yeah this could not have been anyone but to Mossad. Not even the CIA would want to be a part of this, I feel.
getting rid of Palestine's most influential politician, especially in the western world, seems like a pure Mossad move.
Not confirmed. They only found relatively high levels of the stuff on his body/effects and the source itself says that some of the specimens weren't accounted for at different times until the tests.
What would Russia have gained from killing him? Not trying to stir up shit, just genuinely curious
As a way of stirring up shit for the Israelis, and by extension the Americans, they could be playing the long game, I guess... but I think there's a more probable culprit a lot closer by.
As someone else said, not confirmed but moderately probable.
Experts at the Vaudois University Hospital Centre (CHUV) in Lausanne, Switzerland, conducted tests on samples taken from Yasser Arafat's exhumed body in November 2012 Samples also analysed by Palestinian, French and Russian teams, whose findings have yet to be published by the Palestinian Authority Swiss report says "unexpectedly high levels of polonium-210 and lead-210 activity" found in specimens taken from Arafat's ribs, pelvis and soil that absorbed his bodily fluids It notes a lack of adequate biological specimens, particularly soft tissues, and the eight years between death and the investigation, rendering detection subject to uncertainties But it concludes results "moderately support the proposition that the death was the consequence of poisoning with polonium-210"
Seriously though, as a supporter of Israel I am disgusted by their actions.
I'm not certain if it'll ever be confirmed unfortunately. It wouldn't be any surprise though, killing or jailing influential Palestinian leaders is Israel's divide and conquer method. Arafat's dead and Barhoutti's jailed. All that's left is the Hamas guys and kiss-ass-Abbas, nobody able to lead and that's the way Israel wants it.
As someone else said, not confirmed but moderately probable. Seriously though, as a supporter of Israel I am disgusted by their actions.
So then support Iran instead.

Let's kill him and hope a more radical Palestinian takes charges so we can justify and expedite land-stealing and settlements." Israel is a criminal nation led by terrorists, it disgusts me to see ardent supporters for that rouge nation in this day and age.
I miss Arafat so much. He was one of the best politicians to this date.
Not confirmed. Why the heck did I read kolophonium?
Your right, he probably just took a walk through the arsenic fields and smelled a few cyanide flowers.
Yes, please forgive me for thinking objectively and actually reading the article. I'm such a moron sometimes.
So then support Iran instead.
So instead of supporting the only government that is following my religion in a very liberal way, support a country who is run by a few extremists hated by the rest of the population?
So instead of supporting the only government that is following my religion in a very liberal way, support a country who is run by a few extremists hated by the rest of the population?
I'm not touching that with a ten foot pole.
So instead of supporting the only government that is following my religion in a very liberal way, support a country who is run by a few extremists hated by the rest of the population?
How about supporting no one when no one involved deserves support? I mean I suppose you could try supporting the Palestinians but that's hard when all of their peaceful leaders end up mysteriously irradiated.
How about supporting no one when no one involved deserves support? I mean I suppose you could try supporting the Palestinians but that's hard when all of their peaceful leaders end up mysteriously irradiated.
I feel that due to the actions of extremists such as Hamas, the Palestinian community gets a bad rap when they really want peace. I'm pretty sure the majority of Israelis want peace too but the government wants to keep acting the way they are.

Israel keeps on electing the extremists twats over and over again all of it's own volition.
I knew a guy from Israel and he got real defensive whenever Israeli military actions were questioned.
I really want to believe that Israel is just handling the Palestinian conflict incompetently, but this is downright evil.
Yes, please forgive me for thinking objectively and actually reading the article. I'm such a moron sometimes.
Admitting you have a problem is the first step on the road to recovery, im proud of you son.
Yasser Arafat 'may have been poisoned with polonium'

Yasser Arafat confirmed to of died from Polonium poisoning
I suppose it isn't called sensationalist headlines for nothing.
How big of a fucking pathetic coward do you have to be to poison another human being? I do not get why people this stupid exist.
the point is kind of not to be a coward but to actually kill the person and be done with it This isn't "Knights of Camelot" era shit, when you want to kill someone, you don't pussyfoot about.
Confirmed to HAVE died... why do I keep seeing this mistake... I know it irrelevant to the thread but I see it fucking everywhere on FP lately. Read it aloud, it makes no damn sense.
