Why I wanted this belt
I had been looking at one of these Emdom belts for about a year now, but they were always made in limited runs and my size was usually the first to sell out. The main reasons why I wanted this belt was because it's lower profile than most padded MOLLE belts on the market, but still retained MOLLE webbing to prevent my pouches from sliding around. When wearing plate carriers, especially larger ones such as my CIRAS, I couldn't wear a battle belt under it simply because they were too large and would interfere with the plate carrier. While I had found some alternatives I was never really satisfied with them.
Voodoo Tactical Battle Belt. It was lower profile than most MOLLE belts, but it wouldn't prevent my Kydex Holster from twisting around.

Purchasing

Emdom's belt fit my needs perfectly and after being reminded about it I decided to order one from SKD Tactical. The belt sells for $40, and came out to about $47 after tax and shipping. They're made in 4 different colors: Black, Coyote Brown, Mulitcam, and Sewer Green. They also come in small, medium, large, and X-large. I placed the order on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday, pretty fast shipping.
The belt came shipping in a small box and included this SKD sticker. Thought the back side was pretty funny.

First Impressions
The belt was quite sturdy and was a much higher quality belt than all the other Condor and Voodoo Tactical belts I had used before. First thing I did was to try it on. I found the buckle to be a great design. Simply slide one side into the other buckle and it will lock into place. To open the buckle, simple pull the strap outwards and the buckle will release. This is a great feature for if you ever have to get out of your gear as fast as possible.

Features

Besides the buckle the belt does have a few other great features. The main feature about this belt is that it has webbing on the inside of the belt. The loops on the sides are 1.5" wide to accommodate pistol holsters and other belt mounted accessories that typically use a larger mounting method. The back of the belt is lined with 1" loops that are just the right size for MOLLE pouches. All of the loops are covered in velcro for even further retention of certain pouches.
The belt is adjustable by simply moving the buckle up or down the belt then velcroing it in place. After that you slide the ring of fabric around it to prevent it from moving or becoming undone.

My Setup

My belt setup has been pretty much the same for the last couple of years. On my right side I have a Bladetech Kydex Holster for my USP Tactical. The mounting hardware grabs the Emdom belt great and has little wobble to it. I also have attached on the right two quick disconnects for my SERPA drop leg platform. This is for when I decide to use my G17 or P226. On my left side I have 3 pistol mag pouches, followed by a M4 bungee pouch with an addition pistol magazine pouch. For CQB games I'll run 4 pistol magazines, but for outdoor games I'll replace that 4th mag with my Leatherman tool. I use the M4 pouch to either hold the suppressor for my USP or to carry a backup mag. Lastly I have my generic dump pouch towards the left rear of the belt.

Conclusion

I haven't field tested this belt yet, but I can already tell it's a great improvement over my previous setups. For it's price it's well worth the money and solves all off my belt rig problems. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a low profile belt but still want to run MOLLE pouches. The belt can be purchased here at SKD Tactical for $40.

Nice review, it looks like a good up-to-date ALICE belt. I suppose you could even use it with ALICE gear/pouches too?
since when did you have blue sheets? I thought they were like brown and orange or something
i can't be the only one that read this as "FEMDOM BELT"

Yeah ALICE gear would probably work with this too.

Since my stupid dog pissed all over my bed while I was out, resulting in me having to buy a new mattress and sheets.
what exactly is "sewer green"?
im going to assume its somewhere along the lines of foliage/ranger green
