So it all started about 3 weeks ago, my cat used to stay in my room all the time and lay down in the house but about 2-3 weeks ago she started staying out of the house, getting red marks on her skin, not fur, skin and she's constantly biting her legs and back, so could anyone on FP help me? and she's only about 2-3 years old so I'm scared she might be sick.

Sounds like she's been down to some kitty fight clubs.
Wait 2-3 weeks and then go to 2-3 vets. They will tell you that your cat is going to die in 2-3 days if you don't put her on 2-3 different meds 2-3 times a day.
It seems to me, you lived your life liked a candle in the wind.
