Well, I am on prize rebel and stuff and I have a 5 dollar prepaid credit card and I wanted to do something with it, so I signed up for a 6 point offer using my 5 dollar prepaid credit card, and I signed up for some site caled Gasboro which will bill me after 6 days of the trial period.
The bill is 30 dollar a month after trial period, and I just used real CC information but fake name and stuff.
Is this credit card fraud in anyway??
Btw I am 16.
I don't believe so , but i may be wrong.
No, it's not.
If thar`s nay real personal information on th' card, an' ye dasn't be havin' an email or anythin' tied t' 't like some cards require ye t' activate 't wi' an account, then ye ortin' ta be fine.
Even if it is, there's no way they can track you with a pre-paid card.
I belive you are 14.
And you can't cancel the trial beforee they bill you? :v:

lol
16 year olds can't get Credit Cards.
No, because once the charge is denied, it won't go through. Using a card with insufficient funds is not fraud, unless the charge actually goes through.

Ok, thanks for easing my soul.

They can.
Also, answering your question OP:
It is not a fraud unless they charge the card.
No, you wont have access to the services after the trial period since you have insufficient funds.
Yes your going to jail.

Actually, if it's setup as a direct debit (which it sounds like it would be), they can force it through, since it's technically a contract between the customer and the merchant, and the bank is obligated to allow the transaction. This doesn't /always/ work however
That said, gift card, who cares
No it's not
No it's not
It was when I worked for a bank...

How can they force something through a prepaid walmart visa card?
How can they force something through a prepaid walmart visa card?
As I said, direct debit contract.
They claim it's a convenience for the customer, so if you have insurance or something on direct debit, it'll still go through so you're not in breach of any of your own contracts
Edit: It's the same reason when you cancel a credit card, banks tell you to cancel all your direct debits, or they can still go through

Ignore it. Gift card, who cares :P
90% of those places are dodgy anyway, and would bill you even after you cancel/dispute. Let them complain, let them whine, let them threaten legal action, they can't do shit about it, even if they tried
