• My guitar cover of Wish You Were Here. First time recording the guitar.

Finally managed to hook up the guitar to the computer, it's rough though so the explanation I have for the noise in the recording is my stock guitar cable and that I'm using no interface, it's a direct connection between my amp and the mic port of my laptop. For the playing part, I'm not that good, but I thought I should record the first song I have ever learned, now it's also the first song I ever recorded. I can't really judge music because I just listen to what I like... And I like this. very good job!

Most of the bends were off so that's something for you to practice. Also it's REALLY quiet.

And about it being quiet, I can't record much louder because of the noise and it's only one guitar track for most of the time. It needs some drums. Thanks for the cc

Try post-production. The playing is nice though.
Still need to learn the basics of audio editing. I'm with Audacity by the way.

I'll take a look into Reaper.
