"It's very bad. If you get on the other side, the cop car is all smashed up," said Ash, who said she frequently sees crashes on Stark Street. A major crash team from the Portland Police Bureau is still investigating the collision. About nine blocks of Stark Street were shut down Tuesday night for the investigation. I doubt they will air the crash footage even though everyone would love it And for some reason at first glance I thought all the oil/liquid on the ground was blood...then I realized how ridiculous that amount of blood would be

I honestly never expected something like this too happen, honestly. Because I watch cops a lot and its rare that accidents happen like that on television - then again they'd never show it on tv. But then [B]AGAIN[/B] you never hear news like this either.
