The Youth of today and their relationship with Policemen

At this point, I'm absolutely disgusted with how people of my generation see Police Officers. I hear too much of the common "Fuck the Police" mindsets around school. While there are some cases of Policemen abusing power, that does not classify all of them. There are threads in the News section that break down into a clash of whether the cop was in the right or wrong. Sometimes the choice is unclear, and sometimes it's bright as day. There will always be people who are anti-law enforcement 100 percent of the time as far as I'm concerned. A very good example is this video:

Comments like "lol* coppa got fukn owned" infect the comments of it, and that's pretty disturbing to me. Now, discuss your views on Policemen, or other incidents like the video above.
I'm going to be like that man when I grow up
Without policemen we will be knee deep in gang shit and blood.
Im hardly a youth at 21, but i got dragged out a club last year during a drugs raid (because dogs love me) And i had a lovely chat with a police officer about music because i noticed he had a festival band on his wrist as he was padding me down and grabbing my ass.
Cop touches me and that makes me the gay one :'(
I was molested by three police officers.
They were all female.
I came nineteen times.
During the interview.
And a further thirty seven times during the molestation.
Then I woke up.
And cried.
While fapping.
Shoulda tazed him when he was getting aggressive.
I always thought that the policemen were noble knights of justice. Then I got into trouble when my mates were playing with fire that had nasty consequences. Police came and we ran. They caught us, but fucks sake they were calling my other buddy ''fatso'' and other words, and they kicked me into the ground, even when I was all like ''Ok Ok, here I am'' and when I was in the ground one of the cops kicked me in the ass and said ''Stand up, faggot!'' then I stood up and he yelled ''Dont fucking move you prick!''. I do understand that it was not good that I started running with my friends, but such behavior from the officers I really not good in my honest opinion.
My opinion no longer is ''Police are noble knights of justice''. Now I just see them as those ''police officers'' in the start of V for Vendetta
I have no idea why he would miss the first few shots, he even fired first.

Some cops are good, yet it seems more are just horrible, and join for the wrong reasons.
Those good cops are awesome though.
Lol faggots.
Gardaí always seem to drive by at the worst possible times, but to be honest, in the suburb I live in at least, there are a lot of asshole cops driving around. My friends and I were hanging around by a filling station and one of my friends was kicking a football around, when a guard comes up to him and shouts "does this look like a fucking playground to you" then when my friend answered, started giving him shit for being cheeky.
I know that's only one story, but pretty much everyone around here has a story about guards acting like dickheads, and I suppose it's the safe thing for them to do to assume we're hooligans, but it doesn't help our attitude towards them.
[del]Hezzy[/del] Mr. Gestapo is a policeman
My father is a police officer. Not only do I have to worry about getting in trouble with the police if i'm doing anything wrong, I can't even lie to my parents to tell them how innocent I am
:saddowns:
Cops who abuse their powers give good cops a bad name.
Wow that video. That's disgusting.
Dinkheller returned fire, but succeeded only in breaking a window in the drivers side of the pickup and wounding Brannan in the stomach. Using `suppressive fire, Brannan systematically, methodically shot Dinkheller in the arms, legs, exposed areas that would not be covered had Dinkheller been wearing a bulletproof vest, slowly executing him. Reloading his weapon Brannan continued firing with the final death shot to Dinkhellers right eye.
Cop hatred is more valid in the U.S. than in any other western country. However anybody who agrees that the cop in the OPs video deserved to be shot, is completely out of their minds.
The most annoying thing is when you get police who think every fucking teenager is a criminal.
While I don't get into trouble with the police, and have no decent stories to tell with them, when a person isn't being an asshole of a police personal, there is nothing to worry about if you're not doing anything wrong.
Off topic a little, though is related slightly in the context of youth relationship with everyone else:
I was with a few friends just getting out and to mess about as such, and we casually walk into a newsagents, the clerk, knowing we were strangers to his shop, tells us "2 white boys at a time". Fucking raged since all I wanted was some Dr. Pepper.
I hate the police for their willingness to uphold unconstitutional laws. I believe this to be a completely valid reason.
youth of today?

"Children today are tyrants. They contradict their parents, gobble their food, and tyrannize their teachers."
Socrates (470-399 B.C.)
It's always been like this, not just our generation. Just now that we have the internet and the like its more visible.

Oh please. There are more stories in the news about American cops because the United States is so god damned big. Do explain as to why it is so valid, please.

Why is cop hatred more valid in the U.S?
Nutty Vietnam Veteran with metal problems using the excuse "I'm a veteran" to resist a ticket/arrest then killing a cop...this video is disgusting.
Todays youth doesn't have respect for anything, let alone police officers. Shame, really.
I am an Anrachist and I hate the cops trying to push us around and such!
Anarchisim is perfect and has no inherent flaws.

Today's adults stereotype youths, shame.
I don't care how much you hate cops, but that video was just disgusting as stated earlier.
8/10 of the policemen I have run into are complete and total assholes. The funny thing is, I'm not doing anything wrong. I waved at a cop once and he detained me for 45 minutes because he thought I was mocking him while on drugs or something.
However, I have run into awesome police officers as well. I rode along with one and we talked about all sorts of shit. We responded to a robbery of a local electronics shop later on and I got to watch him tackle the fuck out of someone. The backup officer was a dick though.
Go figure.

just thought i had to remind people of how police officers were told to treat people
I've met some real big dickhead cops in my time and have been treated like total horseshit over small shit like having a pipe, small amount of weed, etc. a few times.
But I'm not stupid enough to generalize all cops out there to be like the very few powerdrunk assholes I've known of.
Being a policeman is a scary fucking thing to do.
