You would think that if they were to sit on a toilet they would get stuck and they wouldn't be able to poop nicely or wipe their ass. So how do midgets take a dump properly? Do they use baby toilets?

I would hate to see a midget give birth to a normal child, that must hurt more than regular child birth, for them it would be like... a human giving birth to a toddler. It has to hurt like a bitch if they had a regular child.
I suppose they could sit back far enough that their centre of gravity wouldn't make them fall in. Not the optimum position for pooping but they'd have to make do.

It prevents them from having to excrete, but it also causes them to look funny and sorta deformed.
