I was in counselling and special attention until 10th grade because they assumed my parents divorcing (When I was [B]3[/B]) would have some sort of emotional effect.
A few years of nothing, [U]they said "the hell with it" and just kept me in there[/U] until I moved and my new school found out that there never was anything that affected me and took me out the next year.
If the divorce didn't affect me, being in special attention without being told why did.
