Having problems visiting blocked sites at school? Have no fear, Melon Bread is here. Melon Bread is a web tool that allows you to visit blocked websites at school. This has been tested at a couple works and schools confirmed by a couple friends. (NOTE: This website contains NO ads, NO viruses, NO downloads, NO plug-ins, NO keylogger) Instructions are simple: -Visit webpage -Click which site you want to visit. Have a website not in the list? Post here and I will add it Link: http://www.tcpmoof.com/TCP/melonbread Post a comment below I appreciate positive feedbacks and stuff (Works best for schools or certain firewalls.) -You may delete this thread if it's considered advertising but theres no ads on it nor do I make revenue. (I'm looking for a nice HTML created theme, since this website looks plain xD)
I'll go break into my old high school right now to see if it works!
Bump added a couple more sites to the list. :D
...Porn sites? At school? nonono.avi
...Porn sites? At school? nonono.avi
Someone suggested it rofl. It's their problem if they get caught xD
gonna try et out
lightspeed systems blocks it because it's an "unknown website." idk if there's a way around that.
Checks out with barracuda.
So how exactly does your proxy work? Are you creating some kind of local copy of a site on the server melon-bread is hosted on? Which would explain why you only allow users to visit a particular selection of websites. If this is not the case then why do you only offer a particular selection of websites? If anyone else is interested in bypassing the pitterful blocks educational institutes (schools, colleges) put in place then you should read up on SSH tunnels. A few months back another guy posted a thread about a similar project of his that does what you do much better. You have competition.
If you want to easily make the site not look like ass, use Twitter BootStrap. I mean, it'll still probably look like ass, but at least it'll be readable.
Unrestricted websites in school?! Hold on, let me get my time machine and go back 5 years so I can try it out!!
