Black and White Contrast images.

Anyone here certified in Color theory?

I am trying to make a purely black-and-white image here based from Gmod.

NOTE: I do not have a pad. It's all mouse and Magic Wand function for me.

This is a vector.
I'm afraid you're going to have to go pen tool all the way.
