Absolutely ridiculous. I have a brother on the force in Arizona and everything this guy is saying is true. The cartels are here and the progressive left can't hide from it (saying this as a Democratic voter).
Also, I'm pissed off that I have to go to "banned sources" to get news that has the slightest basis in reality.
breitbart is bigoted trash, often times borderline hate speech

I'll take "bigoted trash" over these media outlets pushing a false narrative and leaving out anything that contradicts their beliefs.
Also, that's quite a generalization. The way I see it is, Facepunch is becoming exactly what a majority of the users claim to hate, a leftist echo chamber that dismisses dissenting opinion and even objective information.

I dislike Breitbart, but I'm not going to label them "bigoted trash" and say they spout "hate speech" because I disagree with them.
C'mon man.

Regardless of how "borderline hate speech" (lol) something is, it's wrong to cut someone's mic and call the cops to get their political speech thrown out.
Breitbart is the news source responsible for misleadingly editing footage which got Shirley Sherrod fired back in 2010. Remember that bullshit? Breitbart shouldn't exist.
Regardless, this was a shit thing to do and helps no one. All this is going to do is give people who like Breitbart even more reason to hate liberals.

yeah and
you say that as if its okay to use false police reports, coercion, threats of violence, etc. to silence people you disagree with. you dont actually believe that do you

Yeah, and NBC edited that Zimmerman 911 call in order to make him sound like a racist... but I don't see you calling for them to be shut down.
Every media source pulls that kind of crap. Anyone who gets their news from one source is an idiot. As far as I'm concerned, any well cited article should be valid. The only legitimate source ban is blog type articles that just state opinion.

Breitbart is mostly trash but should probably cite some examples of hate speech.

Frankly the people who edited the Zimmerman 911 call should have been fired, but in Breitbart's case, the manipulation of the Shirley Sherrod video was done deliberately by the OWNERS of the site.
When breitbart has articles like this

i have to question the legitimacy of the site. Don't get me wrong, Huffington Post is kind of the same clickbait trash with a liberal perspective instead

Why do people say hate speech but have 0 fucking clue on what they are actually saying. Just throw words around just because you want too or some shit lol.

No, you dont have to question it. Breitbart is largely shit, thing is, sometimes something great gets through because they just so happen to be the ONLY ones running said story.
