I always imagine countries like Poland and Russia to be filled with only "rednecks", because you don't really see stuff like this anywhere else in Europe :v:
As a Polish person I can confirm that, while a caricature, this video is a surprisingly accurate representation of what happens in the less-developed parts of the country. Unless you're in the eastern part, then it's all over the place.
