Cool.
Was his leg bleeding at 1:18?
Was his leg bleeding at 1:18?
lol, no, that a Red sign that says "Parkour" .
Thanks for using interesting music for your video as opposed to the billion other parkour/modern extreme sports videos with horrible generic dubstep as the soundtrack.
The series at 2:45 was excellent! great transition. Keep up the good practice!
Most people who "do parkour" look stupid but that was actually really cool
Loved the first person stuff. But there were some pretty generic things in this movie. It kind of felt like you mashed together all the footage as long as you did something, like jumping over a small fence and stuff.
Should do a whole video of just first person stuff, looks cool as hell in first person.
How does it feel to do a flip? Aren't you afraid to land on your head? I was always wondering that.
That was really cool. Are you able to do the massive jumps off buildings and stuff without killing yourself yet?
That was really cool. Are you able to do the massive jumps off buildings and stuff without killing yourself yet?
OP, never do that. It's not worth it.
You're hot.
OP, never do that. It's not worth it.
Why is it not worth it?
How does it feel to do a flip? Aren't you afraid to land on your head? I was always wondering that.
Not really, at first maybe you do but you definitely get used to it. Plus youre practically guaranteed not to land on your head if you tuck your legs in tight
Why is it not worth it?
Broken bones, death, etc.
I wish we had cool spots to Parkour at out here.
That guy's trousers are awfully baggy, wouldn't it be smart to wear something more practical.
What shoes do you normally wear for this sort of stuff?
What shoes do you normally wear for this sort of stuff?
I use New Balance Minimus. [editline]16th November 2011[/editline]
That guy's trousers are awfully baggy, wouldn't it be smart to wear something more practical.
Most of parkour people wear those.
Where would I get started with this? The one thing that stopped me was a fear of people seeing me fuck it up, and the lack of locations to do it.

Learn basic ground movements, rolls and voults. Go to gym and improve your skills.
you look like eminem with that hat and the baggy pants on
One of the things that fascinates me about parkour is the degree of control and fluidity traceurs have over their bodies, because of this, I fucking love watching parkour or freerunning moves done in slow motion.
That was quiet good man, well done. I actually do freerunning as well and was also going to show my video here but i still haven't finished filming it yet :(
Maybe not such a good look running around a playground with your shirt off... :v: awesome video though
What do you use for the first person bits? Gopro?
Lol, way better than me. The most I can do it jump off a shed :/
I remember climbing on that rock years ago. There was a steep slope on the back of it IIRC and everyone would just use it as a slide. I need to visit NYC again.
A lot of this is just acrobatics. I'd really be impressed to see how fast you can get from one point to another using Parkour. Not just fancy flips in the air. I like seeing Parkour used in a more practical sense. You also look kind of foolish rolling from a 3 foot drop.
