The Christian guy is NoSleepTV. He's an entertainer, most of the extremely silly stuff he does is scripted.
Pretty much everything else is improvised though.
He's actually been having trouble lately with people threatening to swat him and leaking his personal info, so he's been changing his stream quite a bit to try and move away from the usual aidsfest twitch behavior.
I remember seeing the Christian CSGO player before as well. Apparently most of those people were his friends and everyone was in on it
