(Amanda Rynda)
A Californian couple has made sure their engagement was an occasion to remember — by having a zombie crash their photo shoot. Juliana Park and Benjamin Lee posted their horror-themed engagement photos online last Monday and they have since been picked up by international media outlets. Photographer Amanda Rynda said the couple came up with the idea of staging a series of quirky horror scenes whereby an actor in zombie costume interrupts a picturesque picnic setting in the hills of Santa Clarita, just north of Los Angeles. "Ben didn't want to lose his sense of manliness in the engagement photos," she was quoted by the Daily Mail as saying. "So they went extreme." The bride-to-be said she wanted the photos to be "kooky and mature, but not tacky". Ms Park also said she underestimated how popular the photos would be, drawing thousands of hits and dozens of comments from fans. "We're really happy and overwhelmed by the huge flow of people giving us such positive feedback," she said. Ms Park, Ms Rynda and the man enlisted to play the zombie, Jason Boesch, are all workmates at an animation studio. Ms Park said Mr Boesch may make a repeat appearance in zombie character at the wedding. "But we're also thinking about the older people at the wedding who might be weirded out," she added.
Source: http://news.ninemsn.com.au/world/8288223/zombie-engagement-photos-an-online-hit A part of me wants that guy to be an actual zombie. :saddowns:

The rest get to wander around killing each other over food and water as the major ecosystems collapse and make things worse for survivors as time goes on. Not that much different from zombies.
a zombie apocalypse wouldn't be fun that would be fucking terrifying
