When I change the gamemode to Sandbox it changed to Base Gamemode, and we dont have a Q menu then.
I re-installed my whole gamemode folder but it keeps happening.
This is GD move it to Garrysmod forum.

Try Ctrl + Alt + GTFO
Wrong section. You'd probably want to post gamemode related topics in the [url=http://www.facepunch.com/forums/219-Gamemodes]gamemodes section[/url].
But it's a default gamemode.
Did you try to delete your garrysmod folder? Not the first one, the garrysmod in the garrysmod folder. Backup addons if you do that. If that doesn't work, remove any new addons.

Touche, Well I would try and rename the second garrysmod folder to something else.
Steamapps > "username" > garrysmod > [B]"garrysmod"[/B] > .....
Then re-launch gmod, you should have a fresh copy of Gmod. then copy your old addons into the new gmod folder.
It's on a dedicated server.

next restart the server,
then create a new gamemodes folder.
upload working gamemodes.
