Admittenly this was apparently a recut of the Kids Choice Awards teaser that was meant to show off Izzy's character. The choices they made though...ugh she's gonna be tough to sit through. All this pales in compariosn to the kid with the glasses lines. :ohno:
Megatron and the new Decepticons look cool from what I'm seeing, barring the one guy who's made up of reused CGI parts of other characters.

This is the BATB trailer. It was confirmed that they were gonna release it online. There is another trailer coming though. As it stands this is official trailer #2.

They are entirely new characters according to the production team. The Long-Haul ish character is Onslaught, a character stated by Bay that he likes along with Bonecrusher. This guy I'm worried about because of how much of reused CGI he is. I do hope he does something cool. The Shockwave-looking guy is Decepticon Nitro. No one knows what he turns into.

I watched the entire thing and I'm still not convinced if this is an actual trailer or some kind of parody.

My other gripe with the trailer is that its set up to look like an interview. Unless there's an in-universe TV network focusing on orphans from the Autobot/Decepticon battles this doesn't work. As I said elsewhere, I'm not digging Isabella's character. Her character screams Scrappy Doo to me. Why not put focus on Laura Haddock's character? Synopsis explains that she and Marky Mark's character are gonna team up [sp]to find knights in Europe and Stonehenge.[/sp]

Nitro definitely, but I imagine Onslaught will go down maybe near the end and put up a decent fight against Grimlock. Bay wouldn't have hyped him up for nothing. Then again they did reuse Blackout's model from TF1 and called him Grindor.

They are getting more military involvement in this one compared to TF4 where they were the villains. Josh Duhamel's character Lennox from the first film is coming back, and its rumored that Tyrese Gibson is too. Downside is that some reports claim that Stanley Tucci will make a comeback, even though his story was finished by the end of Age of Extinction.
So what product placements can we expect to see this time around? Hopefully Bud Light makes a return, or Honda, or Chevrolet, or Dodge, or 'Beats', or 'The Pill'
There is one thing I hate in action movies: Kids.

Guys this is Transformers, they've been reusing designs with new paintjobs and calling them new characters since the 80s.
