I would have been, but that I quit my job (for other reasons).
As a European I'd totally watch some guys doing a livestream coverage of nearby black friday madness.
Oh boy. and I get to work on Thanksgiving from 4 pm to 1 am, that's when all the big sales happen at walmart.
I'm an electronics associate.
I'm bracing my anus

It's kind of like a bunch of Patricians watching over a bunch of slaves fighting over a sack of coins somebody threw into the middle of a Forum.
I mean, don't get me wrong, my existence relies on discount prices as much as everyone else in this shithole of a country, but seeing Americans overreact to an arranged discount day is very bizarre.
This is actually fucking scary.
By the way to the Europeans: Past two Black Fridays I shopped were not even half as bad as the scenes shown in the video. I guess it would be worse in lower income areas or really crowded cities however.
Are deals really THAT good?
If I'm not paying $50 for a $4000 tv than this is just insane.

Well you can get a brand new PS4 with TLOU and GTAV for $400

I'm really glad I work for a company that gives even a little bit of a shit about it's employees.

Sometimes
A lot of times its sharks wanting to resell for profit when doorbuster deals are done
You can get an xbox one with the newly released master chief collection and a $30 gift card at walmart for $330 as a doorbuster within the first hour, which is a pretty damn good deal. That's like paying $250-$260 for a new xbox one in value. Not bad considering early next year they all go back up to full price standalone ($400).
Its nice in the sense you do get good deals on stuff that hardly ever sells for a real discount, but unless you are really in the market for something then its probably not worth dealing with it. Keep in mind most stores aren't like in the video, those are probably just super popular places in big cities that get like that. Its still pretty bad though.
