Ugh, I really wish this deal were available where I live.

I have a literal truckload of old PS1 and PS2 games that I hardly ever use anymore. I also have a broken PS1 and a broken PS2. PS2 games don't work on modern PS3s and most of my favorite PS1 classics can be bought on PSN for a small price.

Think I would qualify for the deal?
