I would suggest that if you want an image off of your computer to upload them to a picture sharing website, or perhaps mediafire? Then use the [img]imglink[/img] that KSI suggested.
1. Control panel
2. Option.
3. Go to bottom of page
4. Choose :Enhanced Interface.
5. Now [img]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/vb/editor/insertimage.gif[/img] inserts a image easy by clicking it and copy pasting the url.
